WHAT IS URBAN TEAM BUILDING BY ISY PROVENCE?
WE ARE LOCATED IN AN EXCEPTIONAL REGION WITH AN INCREDIBLE VARIETY OF LANDSCAPES. THE MAIN PROVANCAL TOWNS AND CITIES ARE RICH WITH HISTORY AND ALL HAVE THEIR ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES. OF COURSE, WE THINK THAT MARSEILLE IS THE NO.1!
Another strength is proximity to nature: the Calanques, Sainte Victoire, the countryside and vineyards.
We utilise this wealth of sites when planning our team building activities. Not only are our activities fed by our solid and rooted regional culture, but they are also regularly redesigned in line with town and city developments. Since we live in our dear region, we are always looking for new locations and engaging new places; we are constantly reinventing our rallies so that the riddles are meaningful and enrich your knowledge of our region.
Our team building events and our towns are hence closely linked. For the past 15 years, we have updated our rallies at least once every year to reflect our region’s true essence.
OUR TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES
« THE BAZARETTE RALLY » BY ISY PROVENCE
This rally has been developing for over fifteen years; its content is rich in stories.
We were overwhelmed by new technologies for a while: iPad rallies, photo rallies, and connected rallies. Was it time for us to throw in the towel?
Despite this setback, we remained convinced that the team building experience lies in the thought process, around a map and reading a roadbook in which you turn over the pages and then pass it to your partner.
STILL, IT BECAME CLEAR THAT THE ‘CONNECTED’ ASPECT WOULD HAVE TO BECOME PART OF OUR RALLIES. SO, AFTER 10 MONTHS OF R&D, WE BUILT OUR APP; DIRECT CONNECTION, PHOTO SENDING, FALSE INFO, AND MORE.
Ultimately, it’s a mix: a paper rally connected to a smartphone with photos. An all-in-one!
« LES PIEDS TANQUÉS » BY ISY PROVENCE
ABSOLUTELY NOT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE LEAVING WITHOUT PLAYING A GAME OF PÉTANQUE, ENJOYING A PASTIS AND HEARING OUR SINGING CIGALES. IT WOULD BE JUST LIKE GOING TO PARIS WITHOUT SEEING THE EIFFEL TOWER. NO WAY!
To ensure that the games don’t run too long, they are timed, rotating every 10 minutes. This allows maximum interaction between players. Planned to play for 90 mins but in the end, you only have 45 mins because the meeting ran longer than expected. We can manage this without any worries.
We attach great importance to the aesthetics of our pétanque tournaments. Our deco is really well done; fun, authentic, colourful. We know how to make pétanque chic!

ACTIVITIES « 2CV RALLY, BUGGY OR VW KOMBI » BY ISY PROVENCE
The 2CVs, buggies and Kombis do not belong to us… So, what is our added value?
It is in our extensive knowledge; of our region, the smaller and lesser known wineries, the local olive oil producers, locations with glorious landscapes, spots we discover with our families over the weekends, the small restaurants that cannot be found online, our ideas for original activities, the encounters with artists and locals with hidden talents, even the alternative routes that we develop in case of changes to the weather. It also lies in the flexibility of our raodbook to suit your company and the goals of the team building exercise or the message to be conveyed to your employees.
In short, our added value is not in the wheels but in the steering wheel!

How did this activity become part of our Team Building programme?.
Thanks to Top Chef, Master Chef, Un Diner Presque Parfait… and Séverine (super fan!!). Through our encounters with famous Marseille chefs: Georgiana, Delphine and Lionel, we were able to develop this exciting team building activity.
WITH THE GROWING DEMAND FOR COOKING CLASSES, WE JUMPED AT THE CHANCE TO CREATE THIS ACTIVITY, WORTHY OF ITS OWN TV SHOW! WELCOME TO OUR COOKING CLASS. IT HAS LOADS OF PROVENCAL FLAVOUR!
ACTIVITY « ESCAPE GAME » BY ISY PROVENCE
RATHER THAN WORKING ON A TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITY BASED ON THE IDEA OF BREAKING OUT WHEN YOU ARE LOCKED IN, WE CHOSE TO WORK ON OUR ESCAPE GAME IN A MORE POSITIVE SENSE: YOU MUST RESCUE EVERYONE ON YOUR TEAM!
Working together in small groups, solving riddles, and rescuing your teammates. This activity aptly describes what it means to work collectively in the corporate world.
« THE “FADA” CHALLENGE » BY ISY PROVENCE
We generally aim to satisfy as many people as possible in our team building activities and to make the best use of the available time. At ISY Provence we focus a lot on the development of our team building activities, which are often referred to as an “olympiad”, a multi activity or a multi challenge.
WE MAKE IT A POINT TO ORGANISE ACTIVITIES THAT ARE SPECIFIC TO US, TO PROPOSE ACTIVITIES THAT ARE REPRESENTATIVE OF OUR REGION. SO DURING OUR ” FADAS CHALLENGE” YOU WON’T COMPETE IN AN EGG AND SPOON RACE BUT IN A “CAGOLE RACE” BALANCING MARSEILLE’S FAMOUS BEER ON YOUR TRAY TO GET TO THE FINISH LINE. INSTEAD OF A “WHO’S WHO”, YOU WILL GET TO MEET A “MYSTERY PERSON”, JEAN-CLAUDE BIANCO, THE FISHERMAN WHO DISCOVERED SAINT EXUPÉRY’S BRACELET ONE MORNING WHILE PULLING HIS NET OUT OF THE WATER. NOT A GAME OF « CLASSIC FOOSBALL » BUT A « GIANT FOOSBALL TOURNAMENT » 11 HANDLES VERSES 11 HANDLES, ON A MASSIVE FOOSBALL TABLE.
In a nutshell, you will have realised that our “Fadas Challenges” are our very own challenges, with a real Marseille twist!
