Food tasting in Provence

Introduction

Dishes from Provence are colourful and tasty. We’ll introduce them to you in a fun and educative way.
Enjoy our local products while having drinks where the card games from south of France writer Marcel Pagnol was filmed, compete in one of our cooking battles alongside the French Master Chef finalist or whisk away your own garlic mayonnaise: the famous aioli.

Bonus

Thanks to our extended knowledge of local restaurants & venues it enables us to offer our guests samples of various menus as well as organise fantastic cooking battles.

Option

Make your own Provence wine, share the local fish chowder known as bouillabaisse with a fisherman or a sea urchin dish with an oyster seller.

PROGRAM

19H00 : Meeting point at a chosen site with your guide. Pre dinner drinks in a famous local bar then make your very own tapenade.
20H30 : Dinner on the old port.
21H30 : Blind test dessert challenge at a local ice cream maker. You will need to guess the ice cream flavours.
